Despite a bad start to the 2019 Castle Larger Premier Soccer League (PSL), the Highlanders technical bench headed by Madinda Ndlovu and the players will not panic, but approach the following matches with caution and hunger.
Bosso have gone for five league matches without a victory, registering three draws against Black Rhinos, CAPS United and Mushowani Stars and losing to Harare City and Triangle United.
After watching his side dominate, but fail to convert chances leading to a 0-0 draw with PSL debutantes Mushowani stars, Ndlovu put a brave face during a post match press conference saying he is adamant his charges will eventually start posting good results.
He said “This is a marathon, and this is a competition which we have to look at and say what is it that we want at the end of the day”.
Highlanders’ next opponents are Hwange who have had one of their best starts of the campaign, winning four and losing only one of their opening five matches.
They beat Yadah Stars FC, Dynamos FC, Ngezi Platinum Stars and Manica Diamond, and lost to FC Platinum.
However, going into this match, Bosso will not read much into their previous matches and go all out for the maximum points.
